In some cases, we have been able to use these techniques to address specific issues in the project lifecycle to establish whether clients obtained value for money in the delivery of their project. Our approach to PPE is dependent upon client requirements. We can work at different levels of analysis. These would be established via client consultation and can be subjective based upon interview or through an in-depth analysis of key aspects of the project’s inputs.
